Our Cacao

The maximum of 8 week old sun-dried beans, are transformed into potent cacao nibs within 8 weeks of harvesting in the country of origin, to give local income and again a deeper connection to Cacao, which form the foundation of our 2kg blocks.

The freshness of these beans is crucial in preserving the cacao's medicinal properties.

Our 15g cacao pieces, found in our 1kg Pure Cacao paste bags, are crafted in PNG, empowering every stage of the cacao production process, from cultivation to final product. Our cacao butter and powder are also produced at the Queen Emma factory in PNG, with The Cacao Ambassador’s overseeing on the ground in the factory.

In New Zealand, we craft custom blends, undergoing months of deep listening to create an alchemic offering of support. Are bends represent the indigenous wisdom and plan knowledge of the land where it is crafted. We have three Rongoā Māori blends available and soon a blend from the indigenous wisdom of Ireland.

We are excited to embark on a new collaboration with Australian Indigenous communities to create unique Australian blends, which will be produced at our Australian Cacao Embassy.

Each of our cacao pastes are crafted by The Cacao Ambassador from over 20 years of working with Cacao and chocolate on level to ensure the most active and most potent cacao possible for the western body and mind..
